WAC 0475(2)(a)(vi) This Adhoc PC is related to PC-344238, a self-reported incident intake. More information was gathered by LD/CPS investigator which indicated that the incident of inappropriate touching between children happened on 3/11/22. Incident was not reported to the Department until 3/25/22.
